Term & Condition
- Contest closing date is on 29 th May 2009. Late entries will not be entertained.
- Contestants must supply with all required personal particulars, answers the question, sent in with two recent photographs. Forged entries will be disqualified.
- Each contestant may only send in 1 entry.
- This contest is open to the public aged 18 and above except staff and immediate family members of Melior Business School (MBS).
- Melior Business School (MBS) reserves the right to amend the prizes without prior notification.
- Winners and runner-ups will be sent an official email with instructions on how to collect the prize within 30 days from the closing date.
- Winner and runner-ups will be required to sign a model release form that grants Melior Business School (MBS) the unlimited right to use any statements made by or attributed to the winners as well as name, voice, and likeness, performance, personal characteristics and other identifying information in and in connection with the advertising, promotion, marketing and other exploitation of MBS Pte Ltd's products or services in any and all languages and media, now known or hereafter devised.
- All photos submitted are non returnable regardless if they are winning entries.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or refundable for cash.
- Prizes that are unclaimed by the date stipulated on the official email will be forfeited.
- Judges decision is final. No further correspondence will be entertained.
- Melior Business School (MBS) reserves the right to amend rules and regulation without prior notification.
