  • Students must receive an average grade of 60% (C average) in the Advanced Diploma and satisfy the University’s English language and Mathematics requirements.
  • Students must meet the following University’s English language requirements:
    • A score of C or better in the General Paper of GCE A’ Level within 3 years of the commencement date; or a C grade in the GCE O’ Level within 3 years of the commencement date;
    • A minimum of IETLS score of 6.5 overall, with an individual writing band score of at least 6.0 in the Academic IELTS test within the last 2 years;
    • A minimum TOEFL score of 570 with a minimum of 5 in the TWE (Test of Written English) within the last 2 years;
    • An overall computerized TOEFL score of 237 and a score of at least 4.5 in Essay Rating within the last 2 years
  • For Bachelor of Business, any form of Mathematics at GCE A’ Level/ O’ Level (pass of C or above); all other scenarios will be assessed on case-by-case basis.
  • For any of the other bachelor stated, a grade of C or above in both Mathematics and Additional Mathematics at GCE O’ Level or a grade of E or above in Mathematics at GCE A’ Level; all other scenarios will be assessed on case-by-case basis.

    • Student will enter TVU in level 5 (second year) for one semester during which
      they will be given full support to find a paid and supervised work
      placement for one year. 
    • After the work placement the students will
      return to TVU for one semester of level 5 and then complete the final
      year level 6.

  • Satisfactory completion of the Advanced Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management;
  • Achieve an overall IELTS score of 5.5 or above – Level 5 (Year 2) entry of BA(Hons).
